Your Transformation Partner

As the founder, Nadia Mason’s driving ambition was to establish her own business within 10 years after graduating from high school. She had promised her grandmother that she would not be a victim of apartheid, but instead a champion of making a difference. This dream was achieved in 1991. Nadia Mason opened one of the very first black woman owned and managed employment equity-focused recruitment agencies in the Western Cape.

Measurable SME (small-to-medium enterprise) job creation continues to take place, with over 200 people having worked for Nadia Mason over time and more than 5 000 job seekers having been placed in client companies thus far.
